To be honest, we had an agent in mind and were leaning towards this other agent. My wife tried to find his phone number and mistakenly signed my email up on realtor.com. Don and a couple other agents called, and I decided what the heck we might just as well talk to them. We met Donald that evening and if we weren't already committed to talking to others, I would have gone with him immediately. We did meet with other agents and my wife and I agreed that we liked what Donald had said, offered, advised, and his personality just clicked. I suspect that he has no problem communicating with anyone, a very charismatic man. So, we set it up with him to sell our home. In three days, we got a great offer, in four days we got an even better offer and we were in contract with a buyer. There were plenty of questions, Donald had all the answers. When there was a pause in the process, he even called to assure us that everything was progressing normally.
